What you will do:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for eXp Canada. Responsible for working in tandem with the Sr Director, Integrated Communications and their respective teams to align on marketing strategies and execution elements that will drive agent count and revenue growth inside Canada.
How you will make an impact:
Work collaboratively with the US eXp marketing functions to create brand consistency and awareness.
Catalyze marketing strategies and plans with the Canadian leadership and providential brokers: develop and launch communication plans, critical marketing collateral and content for internal and external audiences: agents, employee, media.
Adapt and localize eXp Realty marketing, brand and assets, including value props, lifecycle (awareness-attraction-engagement-retention) collateral, digital elements, social shareables and branded collateral for Canadian market.
Develop effective and repeatable processes to ensure successful and on-time marketing launch plans.
Be accountable for gaining consensus and delivering consistency of branding marketing guidelines and materials.
Advance marketing efforts and deliver on initiatives to increase the gross agent count in Canada.
Measure and report out on CDN Marketing OKRs.
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and agile leadership style, a sense of urgency to effectively drive change and build consensus on the best strategy and marketing plans to accelerate growth. This manager will work cross-functionally and seek the voice of agents (VOC) when providing strategic marketing support and aiding in the prioritizing of initiatives.
How you will grab our attention:
Bachelor's degree or master's degree (preferred) in business administration or marketing
High School Diploma/GED required
10+ years of experience working in marketing
5+ years of experience in the housing market (real estate, mortgage, property, fintech)
Proven track record of leading marketing initiatives
Prior success in a distributed team environment
Experience collaborating with external partners, project management, and vendors
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship building skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

The starting base pay for this position is $80,000 CAD per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role.
