**Job Title: Vice President/Director of Sales**

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President/Director of Sales to lead our wholesale beer sales efforts and drive the growth of our non-alcoholic product line. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the Alberta beer sales market and consumer goods sales in both Canada and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve predetermined targets and market expansion goals.

2. Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 3, in addition to sales ambassadors.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.

4. Provide detailed knowledge of the Canadian beer market, government regulations, and local laws.

5. Collaborate closely with the Director of Production to ensure timely packaging of products in line with sales strategies.

6. Develop and manage 3-year, 1-year, and 3-month sales forecasts, including small batch releases and limited-time offers (LTOs).

7. Expand distribution channels and manage distributor relationships.

8. Oversee and track sales performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve sales targets.

9. Monitor and ensure compliance with provincial and federal alcohol regulations.

10. Minimal travel required, primarily for local key account visits.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the relevant industry.
  • Specific experience in Alberta beer sales is essential; non-alcoholic beverage sales experience is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian beer market dynamics, government regulations, and local laws.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

**Reporting Structure:**

This position reports directly to the CEO.
