We're looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This position includes a wide variety of marketing, coordination, staff event planning and design in a dynamic and friendly team environment.   • Have experience in Adobe programs: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
  • Have experience in Microsoft Programs: Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Excel
  • Have experience in SquareSpace or WordPress, Hootsuite, Social Media planning
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong proofreading skills and an eye for detail

A few things you'll focus on:

  • Maintain and update our website and employee portal (intranet), collaborating with various team members to always have active and current content
  • Manage our social media accounts, oversee the content calendar, create graphics, and work with the social team to write, develop and post content
  • Assist with website updates and catalogue creation for our parent company, Diversco (diverscosupply.com)
  • Ensure advertising and promotional needs are met, including monthly e-newsletters, branding of equipment, tradeshow signage and PowerPoints
  • Create, write, design and maintain sales materials, including brochures, sell sheets and parts catalogues
  • Develop and update internal documents including handbooks, manuals, Microsoft Word templates and documents and fillable PDFs
  • Assist in developing a system for product video creation
  • Oversee all promotional materials, client gifts and corporate clothing, working with external vendors
  • Plan staff events and celebrations, collaborating with the social committee
  • Assist with answering phones and interacting with customer walk-ins, as needed
  • Ordering supplies as needed
