Job Purpose and Impact
The Canadian Marketing Manager will provide regional management and strategy for the marketing vision, strategy and business implementation to an integrated grain origination and crop inputs business. In this role, you will develop and execute the business marketing strategy to launch and position products and services in the agricultural sector. You will direct the coordination of market plans and launch programs to create demand and maximize sales of a specific product, product line or an integrated offer.
**This role offers a remote work opportunity, preference will be provided to candidates in Winnipeg, MB.** Key Accountabilities
Accountable for translating Cargill Canada business goals into specific demand creation marketing.
Lead a team to evaluate and modify promotion or advertising programs.
Collaborate with the account managers and regional teams to oversee and lead the execution of customer analysis for individual or groups of customers using marketing tools.
Lead a team that produces informative material for sales teams and communications media to reach maximum number of customers and prospects to enable our business goals and deliver value to customers.
Plan, create and evaluate marketing, advertising and sales promotion materials for large projects to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives.
You will develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also coordinate subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align with current and future needs of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing strategic marketing plans that generated customer growth
Three years of supervisory experience
Degree in Marketing
Understanding of agriculture and food industry
Proven experience working across product lines and building strong cross functional partnerships Relocation
