We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible to develop and execute a variety of marketing initiatives that accelerate brand awareness and drive business success. You will develop, track, and analyze the performance of marketing and advertising campaigns; develop and manage the marketing exposure and ensure our marketing initiatives build a strong and consistent brand identity.

You will be responsible for:

Developing and recommending annual marketing plans for Pattison Food Group banners across Western Canada, as well as for the implementation of the approved plans.

Creating, implementing, and managing the marketing strategy, activity calendar and marketing budget for multiple brands, programs, and promotions.

Driving performance-based marketing; leading the analysis and assessment of key business issues in order to develop marketing plans to deliver sales targets.

Developing and managing marketing KPIs, analyzing and reporting on paid digital performance (CPM, Engagement and Sessions) and providing executive-level reports.

Working with internal production and creative teams as well as various agency partners to execute creative for traditional, digital, social, email and instore signage.

Overseeing the daily operations of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements, and addressing any issues that arise.

Planning and executing Direct-to-Consumer strategies to maximize acquisition of new consumers.

Developing and promoting a consistent brand standards and strategy, including key messages and guidelines, both internally and externally.

Supporting store teams to develop localized marketing initiatives that drive results.

Providing management and career development support for the marketing team, may include leading and coaching direct report, providing feedback for development.

Ensuring consumer insights are provided through qualitative and quantitative research.

You have:

A marketing degree or equivalent and/or a minimum 5-10 years of marketing experience in a senior capacity working in a consumer-packaged goods environment preferably in the grocery or retail industry - experience in health & wellness, digital marketing or ecommerce would be an asset.

Proficiency with MS Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint).

Experience working with brands that have strong consumer awareness.

A demonstrated ability to create exciting marketing plans with proven success in consumer marketing and/or digital direct-to-consumer.

Experience with project management.

This position is based at the Pattison Food Group office in Langley, B.C. While we're currently operating with a hybrid work-from-home and in-office schedule, we look forward to the day when we are all able to work together in the office again.

Compensation Details:

$85,500.00 - $114,000.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
