As a 360 Recruiter at The Employment Solution, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from client relationships to candidate selection and placement. Your role is pivotal in matching our clients with the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing and Screening: Source candidates, review resumes, interview, and assess qualifications.
• Placement and Offer Management: Facilitate interviews, manage offers, and oversee onboarding.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Build a network of potential candidates for current and future needs.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records and provide regular reports.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience.
