Social Media Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid Role - Kleinburg/Vaughan Area

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee the social media presence of our Real Estate Development Companies, M5V Developments, and BuildUp Dev Co. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate development, finance, and community engagement, and who is eager to bring innovative marketing strategies to life.

Work Arrangement:

This is primarily a remote position. However, candidates should expect to come in person at least 1-2 times biweekly, depending on demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Management: Oversee posting on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email platforms.
• Strategy Development and Planning: Develop and implement a long-term social media strategy, setting measurable objectives aligned with business goals.
• Brand Advocacy: Ensure all social media activities are in line with the brand's voice and image.
• Competitive Research: Conduct research to identify trends and engage with content in the real estate sector.
• Video Content Coordination: Collaborate with video editors for engaging, high-quality posts.
• Community Interaction: Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages to foster engagement.
• Social Media Analytics: Use tools for scheduling, tracking performance, and optimizing strategy.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present reports on social media metrics.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in social media management.
• Passion for Social Media with a keen interest in real estate, finance, and industry trends.
• Creative mindset with strong visual aesthetics and multimedia content creation skills.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
