Event Coordinator!
Be the driving force behind member engagement! As a Member Engagement Coordinator, you'll work closely with sponsors, speakers, and our Member Engagement team to ensure seamless involvement in events and awards.
Responsibilities:
- Support virtual and live event planning, including logistics, AV, catering, and technical rehearsals.
- Manage event registrations and prepare materials such as badges, promo items, surveys, and signage.
- Ensure up-to-date event pages on the website and accurate input in CRM/EMS systems.
- Collaborate on host scripts for events and assist with administrative details.
- Work on projects to enhance current event experiences.
- Coordinate sponsor involvement for events and awards.
- Collect and post speaker content in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify member logos and review sponsor agreements for event compliance.
- Monitor industry activities for new opportunities and best practices.
- Follow up on event payments and accounts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in event planning, marketing, or communications.
- Detailed oriented with a commitment to excellence.
- Familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Events, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
