Purpose:

The Host/Hostess will be responsible for supporting the Office Services Team while ensuring a high level of care, cleanliness, and efficiency. This role will be working in our internal private facility that provides food and beverage services to the organization.

The successful candidate will have the best smile and is passionate about hospitality & food. You love to start conversations and make others feel welcome.

Main Responsibilities & Activities :

Restocking and organization of Collaboration space

General cleaning

Replenish food and beverage inventory throughout the day

Coordinate and execute all corporate and after hour events

Provide customer service to employees

Provide ad hoc assistance to the Office Services team as required

Create, update, and distribute event documents and packages, including organization's guidelines, timelines, and schedules

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

ProServe license is preferred

Must be able to lift 30 pounds

Must be able to stand and continuously move throughout the day

Experience with MS Office is an asset

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, changing environment

Enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals
