We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Organizational Design Specialist to join our People team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Managing Director, People Services, you will support the design and development of our organizational model including structure, role profiling, and capability requirements to support and maintain the Pattison Food Group operating model.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of current organizational structures, processes, workflows, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Developing and proposing strategic organizational design solutions aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Designing and implementing change management strategies to smoothly transition the organization through structural changes.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of organizational changes and making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and alignment with proposed changes.
  • Clarifying roles, responsibilities, and expectations with business areas to align with organizational goals.
  • Supporting other partner PFG companies with organizational design initiatives as needed.

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational design and implementing organizational design principles.
  • A post-secondary education in a relevant discipline (i.e., Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Organizational Design, etc.).
  • Experience with large scale transformations and change management.
  • Experience supporting organizational design within the retail industry is considered an asset.

$79,950.00 - $99,938.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
