Joining Danièle's team, the lead communications partner, means working on a variety of assignments as an expert in recommending and executing actions to promote the organization on all digital platforms.

DIGITAL MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA COMPONENT

  • Manage and optimize all of our digital platforms, including the website and social networks;
  • Design and implement content calendar for our site, particularly for the News section;
  • Develop the social media strategy, the calendar and its execution in collaboration with the lead communications partner;
  • Analyze platform performance and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and impact of the actions taken;
  • Conduct surveys with our customers (external and internal), analyze, interpret and share the results;
  • Stay abreast of new developments, technological advances and best practices on digital platforms.

CONTENT CREATION COMPONENT

  • Write engaging content for social media, our website, and other communication supports;
  • Actively follow the organization's initiatives and successes to maximize our brand presence;
  • Coordinate any other assigned project, including the production of marketing communication tools (brochures, newsletters, press releases, invitations, etc.).

Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • University degree in marketing, digital communication or a related field
  • Excellent digital writing skills
  • Tangible experience in creating and managing content for social networks and blog posts/news articles
  • Mastery of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Semrush
  • Mastery of the French language in both spoken and written form
  • English language requirement at Level 2: Intermediate (interactions with English-speaking suppliers, customers, and employees and/or located outside the province of Quebec)
  •  Interest in digital and current trends.
  • Any combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
