ROLE SUMMARY

The Marketing & Communications Project Coordinator works closely with the Manager, and Marketing Coordinator to support WCG Services' communications, and our various programs throughout Canada. This role will help to plan and coordinate project management, execute marketing campaigns, assist in the oversight of social media properties, assist in developing program materials and creative,

as well as coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and suppliers to produce high quality communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the project management lead for marketing & communications projects
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns and events with a focus on client and employer lead generation
  • Develop and maintain a catalogue of WCG and program specific marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (program staff) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Assist with the analysis and reporting of the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Assisting in the development and creation marketing materials, such as rackcards, brochures, postcards and digital graphics that follow brand guidelines
  • Lead and support marketing content generation as required
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with the maintenance of a high standard of brand awareness and appropriate use of branding
  • Work with external vendors and suppliers to execute advertising and marketing programs
  • Support internal communications as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • or equivalent work experience
  • in Marketing, Communications,

Project Management, Business Administration or a related field

  • 2
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with a Project Management Platform
  • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail (English)
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management experience
  • Basic Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Skype, Teams)

Preferred:

  • Graphic Design or Marketing experience
  • Google Analytics, AdWords and SEO experience
  • WordPress, CMS experience
  • Knowledge of the employment services field
  • French fluency
