OVERVIEW

Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Business Partnership Manager (Supply Chain) to join our Technology department based out of our office in Stellarton, NS.

JOB DESCRIPTION

What you'll get to do in this fast-paced role:

• Foster and maintain relationships with the business and organizational stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between Technology and the business, with a focus on client satisfaction
• Manage relationships with customers and vendors to build the brand and the business
• Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships
• Build the organizational network through targeted outreach and strong project planning
• Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy
• Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics

JOB REQUIREMENTS

What your resume will include and demonstrate to us:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
• 3-5 years experience working as a Supply Chain professional (replenishment, logistics, transportation)
• Strong leadership skills to motivate team members and know how to efficiently make important decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and relay business requirements
• Strong understanding of a product life cycle
• Excellent communications skills, ability to multi-task, excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well with internal teams
• Understand and predict the needs of the business
• Prioritise projects according to business' needs
• Help with planning and execution of most valuable projects
• Excellent leadership, decision making, strong communication skills, and adaptability to new technology
