Communications, Marketing and Social Media Coordinator
Location: Stock (Yonge and Eglinton)
Stock T.C will be Terroni and Cumbrae's new joint venture located at Yonge & Montgomery. This is not a grocery store or a butcher shop, a steakhouse or a pizzeria. It is not a market or a food court, a salad bar or a buffet, though it is informed by many of these things. It is, at its heart, a place for real food that is totally unique to this city and is accessible to everyone. Nothing else like it currently exists.
We are seeking a Communications, Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to establish and evolve the Marketing department as the location opens and the brand continues to grow. As the first member of the team, you will have the opportunity to implement Marketing strategies and tactics and aid in the co-development of the brand.
Manage all social media accounts owned and operated by Stock T.C by creating, managing and growing the company's presence through instagram, twitter, facebook and other strategically relevant online properties. Contribute and drive the strategic vision and direction of social media. Curate and generate content including: photography, articles, communications materials and other relevant material for social media channels (facebook, twitter, instagram, youtube, etc.) Develop clear, compelling and effective digital design content for both online and offline channels (web/digital, newsletters, banners, information sheets, presentations, brochures, posters, interactive PDFs, video, print and digital promos, etc.).
Manage, maintain, and grow our e-commerce store. Includes adding and categorizing inventory, maintaining the store's functionality and aesthetic to be in line with the Stock brand, and assisting with shipping logistics.
Use Google Analytics, social media monitoring tools and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics.
Produce and manage creative content for internal point of sale initiatives, special events, and other internal Stock T.C visual needs.
Responsible for customer support
- answering questions however they come in (phone, e-mail, twitter, etc.) and
managing any online feedback including and not limited to GuestCentre, Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.
Manage incoming media requests and building relationships with industry influencers. Manage the integrity of our story within the world of the print and digital press.
Events and Event planning
Attend industry events in the city (often outside of 9-5 hours) and planning meet-ups for the community in conjunction with the Stock T.C events team.
