- 5-7 years’ experience leading complex marketing strategy development and cross-functional execution
- 2+ years’ experience in mobile app marketing
- Strong experience and understanding of retention and engagement marketing strategy
- Strong experience monthly active user business performance analysis
- Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams across marketing, product and design disciplines to deliver amazing outcomes
- Strong experience and success in turning deep customer understanding into insightful market strategy and execution that drives strong business results
- Solid written and verbal skills to communicate program objectives, develop creative briefs and share results across the organization
- Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results
- Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with experienced judgement
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of focusing on high impact activities & driving initiatives through to execution
- Expected to be able to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing (& growing) priorities
- Comfortable with marketing math; forecasting, CAC, LTV, etc
- Development of the 1 and 3 year go-to-market strategy designed to drive growth of our personal financial management offering
- Drives retention marketing strategy -- working in close collaboration with our direct response & product teams to improve push and email capabilities and drive active users
- Creation of customer personas for our Mint product portfolio that provide rich insights for our brand and product management teams
- Development of product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products and resonates with our target market segment
- Considers the end-to-end customer experience for his/her offering by liaising with product management and GTM team
- Defines and communicates clear, differentiated positioning, messaging and strong creative briefs to guide creative development and strong marketing programs
- Drives weekly & monthly active user analysis to understand and communicate business performance and to guide the business on levers & adjustments to achieve the annual plan
- Experiments, by developing clear hypotheses, running A/B in-market tests, using data analytics to interpret test results, rolling out test wins, and implementing improvements to drive results.
