The Marketing & Communications Senior Coordinator provides marketing and communication support to both Mainline and Traine.

The role will be primarily dedicated to Mainline Living and the remainder of their focus will be to serve Traine Construction and Development in their marketing activities.

The Senior Coordinator is responsible for conducting market and prospect research, strategizing, and developing marketing plans, drafting reports, managing social media and keeping up to date with the industry s latest developments, trends, competitors and promotional opportunities for all aspects of our business. This role will also be responsible for the preparation of corporate internal and external communications.

The Marketing and Communications Senior Coordinator reports to the Manager of Operations of Mainline. This position is vertically integrated with the business at large. This role also provides functional support to any other area within the company that might require assistance to a marketing or communications service.

The successful candidate will have:

  • High School Grade 12 Diploma or GED
  • Post-Secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Writing, Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years Marketing experience
  • Excellent writing, editing skills and basic design skills
  • Ability to take feedback and devise solutions
  • Ability to prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects and competing work demands, ability to see the Big picture while managing several projects
  • Aptitude to solve problems
  • Experience with email marketing, advertising, branding or business writing
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Adaptable, organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Understanding of digital trends
  • Design and manage of Social Media Accounts
  • Ability to take feedback and devise solutions
