Are you creative and curious? Do you have a passion for graphic design? We are currently looking to add an amazing Senior Graphics Designer to our creative team! Our ideal candidate will talented, designed focus, and also be a mentor for our Junior and Intermediate Graphic Designers.

What would you be doing?

• New project and concept ideation
• New design creation for New Product Development (NPD's) with the Head of Art & Design directions.
• Thinking and new design creation for New Product Launch (NPL's) with the Head of Art & Design directions. This includes working on major campaigns.
• Lead/manage and support ongoing projects as required/assigned
• Manage and provide support for day to day tasks for Intermediate and Junior Graphic Designers
• Execute fast-turnaround design requests as required
• Creation of website design assets
• Collaborate with UX designers and website/mobile development team
• Collaborate with Creative Director on budgeting
• Manage cost allocation for projects
• Create/support graphics/content development for social media
• Create design templates and materials
• Collaborate with photographers/content creators
• Collaborate with internal departments

WHAT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED?

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
• 6+ years' of creative design experience
• Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong typography skills
• Creativity & visual design
• Design quality control
• Ability to coach others
• Strong communication skills
• Teamwork
• Problem-solving
• Attention to detail
• Work under pressure
• Team empowerment
• Project management
• Must provide a portfolio of work
