Reports to Title
Direct Sales candidates will acquire new and upgrade current ROGERS subscribers by conducting door to door canvassing, appointments or referral solicitation in assigned territory. Maintain required record keeping and reporting of all sales and service activities in an organized and timely manner. Follow up on all sales/customer service/installation issues surrounding field activity to insure customer satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned.
"Successful candidates will have past door to door sales experience in a commission environment. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have their own vehicle and be able to travel in assign area. We will attempt to place candidate as close as possible to their home location. There is no guarantee that we will be able to do this in all situations. Job duties include being willing and able to work within an assigned area and make contact with both current customers and non-subscribers in order to sell all of ROGERS products and services. Must be willing to be outside in all types of weather. Since this is an Independent Agent opportunity you have the choice for time to start and finish however we recommend Field working hours to be between 12AM to 8PM Monday
- Friday. 11AM- 7PM Saturday. ?
EDUCATION: High school diploma or the recognized equivalent in work experience and self-study.
EXPERIENCE: 6 months related work experience.
