The Role: Marketing Processing Associate

Summary of Position

Within the Marketing Department, you will be the key contact for Bordereaux entries and submission for all of our In-House Insurance contracts and key liaison with our Finance Division.

Key Activities

  • Data Entry of bordereaux transactions from issued in-house insurance policies

  • Update bordereaux timely and provide Finance and Insurers with current account transactions

  • Review documents received from processing department

  • Review EPIC Binder Billing details to ensure accuracy; triage errors to the Commercial Lines CRS’s

  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Requires at least 1-year experience in accounting field

  • Insurance Experience a plus (Industry designation an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma – BCIT)

  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced Excel skills required and proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Work under pressure to deadlines

  • High degree of accuracy with a keen attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and proactive

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment
