RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Learn and develop a knowledge for the company's business and audience
  • Understand the company's branding guidelines
  • Manage centralized marketing resources
  • Provide support to teams in terms of proposals and presentations
  • Update standard presentation materials on monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as required
  • Ensure updated versions are integrated into office-wide workflow
  • Create local marketing materials using corporate branding guidelines
  • Maintain brand integrity across all local marketing materials

  • Tour packages
  • Advertising
  • Oversee email marketing (Pardot)
  • Create video content start-to-finish
  • Conceptualize content
  • Filming and video editing
  • Quarterly short videos based on our reports
  • Social media management

  • Local website maintenance
  • Monitor listings to ensure brand consistency
  • Manage image resources
  • Photography missions
  • Create brochures for new listings as they come in, style brochure to accommodate content while maintain- ing branding standards
  • Generate content
  • Maps/aerials (including labelling of major roads/area amenities/retail logos, outlining property etc)
  • Make brochure edits as they come in
  • Listing Proposals for Office teams, Tax Team, Retail Team
  • Edit floor plans & adjust or recreate floor plans or site plans for brochures, packages and listing agreements where none is available, or the plan is too poor in quality
  • Create postcards for new listing mailers
  • Create LinkedIn graphics for new listings & leased/sold listings as required
  • Create pardot graphics if more impact is needed
  • Make promotional packages to acquire a listing: Request for proposals, sample brochures, advertising or packages promoting prospective client/property
  • Make packages for large sites to promote the site to potential retailers
  • Create broker team intro flyers
  • Create Service Line flyers
  • Create Advertising pieces
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience required
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to easily adapt and prioritize
  • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Must have extensive knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint
  • Must be proactive and take initiative
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Must be detail oriented
