JOB PURPOSE

Leads digital and ecommerce efforts from concept to execution in alignment with overall brand strategies and growth plans. Responsible for the strategy and activation behind campaigns spanning search marketing (Google, Amazon, Retail), CRM, affiliate marketing, SEO and paid social (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube & more). Versed in building ecommerce go to market strategy, activation and management.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute consumer centric strategies and plans for driving demand, engagement and conversion through owned, earned and paid digital channels including brand websites, Instagram, YouTube channel, search, social, video, content, CRM, SEO, referral programs
  • Work with the brand teams to support the brand development and consumer acquisition objectives and plans
  • Develop segmentation recommendations to improve audience engagement and optimize conversion across all touch-points
  • Build reporting, dashboards and KPIs to measure and share performance
  • Lead social listening initiatives across brands/sub-brands
  • Be a source of knowledge and expert in best in class digital marketing strategies, services, technologies and tools
  • Partner with the IT Strategy & Architecture team to implement best-in-class systems, assets and initiatives across the retail and food service businesses
  • Initiate and develop the HLF ecommerce go to market strategy and manage the day to day ecommerce initiatives and relationship (including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, etc)
  • Drive the Direct to Consumer (DTC) & loyalty programs strategy and activation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility and a proven track record of success
  • Extensive Digital Marketing and Ecommerce experience in the consumer goods industry
  • Deep experience with all mainstream digital channels
  • Strong strategic capabilities as well as hands-on and comfortable with tactical execution
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actionable insights
  • Deep experience with all mainstream digital channels as well as D2C
  • Strong cross-functional management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively utilize internal resources to meet project deadlines and objectives
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
