MAIN DUTIES

  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of AMECAN operations that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services
  • Establish distribution networks for products and services across the world, predominantly in the Middle East
  • Assist in the sourcing operations from large and small capital intensive industries in the Middle East
  • Promote the business to strengthen current position in current core markets and expand not only in Middle East, but also into other areas such as the ASEAN and Asia Pacific markets with strong and powerful brand propositions
  • Lead in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic business plans, and operational policies for the company with participation in hiring decisions, annual performance reviews and termination of personnel
  • Represent Amecan in negotiations or other official functions abroad. Lead communication execution with using both conventional and new media to ensure competitive advantage
  • Oversee and execute strategy on company marketing initiatives that contribute to AMECAN high growth goals, including demand generation, customer acquisition, marketing operations, events, branding, and more
  • Plan and control the budget and expenditures; assist in delivering company's agreed volume and profit targets by significantly increasing marketing programs
  • Use of qualitative and quantitative research to establish needs and solutions for the company
  • Lead marketing campaign, assigning personnel as required
  • Establishing marketing budgets
  • Supervise the area managers and guide the staff in marketing plans

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum of four years of corporate managerial experience
  • Three years of experience with strategic sourcing practices;
  • Five years of experience dealing with overseas markets, preferably in Europe or the Middle East;
  • Experience in managing teams in high volume industries;
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and professional accounting software;
  • Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly;
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts

Salary: $54 to $60 /hour
